These Terms of Use govern your use of BeatHuman · Human Benchmark ("the app"), provided by Muhammad Hanif Sugiyanto (Akhaneva). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

License

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except as permitted by law.
• Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations.
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the app.

Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akhaneva shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the app.

Changes

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
