Stampo: Scrapbook Camera — Terms of Use

Short version

Stampo is a small iOS app. Use it for personal scrapbooking. Your photos and canvas are yours. Stampo Pro is sold through Apple — Apple handles refunds and cancellations. We try our best, but the app is provided “as is.”

1. Who you’re agreeing with

These terms (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Akhaneva (“we,” “us,” “our”), the publisher of the Stampo iOS app (“Stampo,” “the app”). By downloading, installing, or using Stampo, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

2. Eligibility

Stampo is rated 4+ in the App Store, but to enter a binding agreement you need to be old enough to do so under the laws of the country you live in. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian needs to accept these Terms on your behalf.

3. Your licence to use Stampo

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Stampo on Apple devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use, in line with Apple’s Media Services Terms.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except as the law allows.
• Resell, redistribute, or rent the app or any premium content.
• Use the app to harass, harm, or violate the rights of others.
• Try to circumvent Stampo Pro entitlements, app integrity checks, or App Store DRM.

4. Your content

Stampo lets you capture photos and arrange them on a personal canvas. The photos you take and the layout you create (“Your Content”) belong to you. Always have. We do not claim ownership, licence, or any rights to Your Content.

Your Content is stored locally on your device via Apple’s SwiftData framework and never leaves your device through Stampo. Because we never receive a copy, we cannot recover Your Content if your device is lost, reset, or the app is deleted. Back up what matters to you.

You are responsible for Your Content, including making sure you have the right to photograph the subjects and scenes you capture.

5. Stampo Pro — purchases & subscriptions

Stampo is free to download. Stampo Pro unlocks the full frame catalog, export to Photos, and iCloud canvas sync. Pro is available in three forms:

• Pro Monthly — auto-renewing monthly subscription, currently US$2.99/month.
• Pro Yearly — auto-renewing yearly subscription, currently US$19.99/year, with a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
• Pro Lifetime — one-time purchase, currently US$39.99, granting Pro for the lifetime of the Stampo iOS app.

All purchases are made through Apple In-App Purchase and are billed to your Apple ID. Local pricing across the 175 supported territories is set by the App Store and may differ from the USD prices above.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the next renewal. You can manage or cancel at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Free trial: If you start the 7-day Yearly trial, you will not be charged for the first 7 days. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. Each Apple ID is eligible for one trial.

Refunds: Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Subscription entitlements are validated using RevenueCat as described in our Privacy Policy. Pro Lifetime supports Family Sharing where Apple permits.

We may change prices, add tiers, or change what each tier unlocks. If we make a material change that affects your active subscription, we will notify you and you may cancel before the change takes effect. Features unlocked by a Pro Lifetime purchase at the time of purchase will remain unlocked.

6. Free tier

The free tier of Stampo always includes the camera, the canvas, and the Polaroid frame. If we ever change what is included in the free tier, anything you have already captured will remain accessible.

7. Updates and changes to the app

Stampo evolves. We may add features, change behavior, deprecate frames, or remove parts of the app. We try to do this thoughtfully and communicate material changes through the App Store release notes or in-app messaging.

8. Third-party terms

Using Stampo also involves these third parties:

• Apple — through the App Store, In-App Purchase, and TestFlight. Apple’s Media Services Terms apply in parallel with these Terms.
• RevenueCat — for subscription entitlement validation. Their terms apply to that limited purpose.

Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you to the extent required by the App Store’s developer agreements.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

Stampo is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of bugs. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akhaneva will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the app — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Akhaneva from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party arising out of your misuse of the app, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.

12. Termination

You can stop using Stampo at any time by deleting the app from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you materially breach these Terms or use the app in a way that puts other users or us at risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. If the change is material, we will provide additional notice (for example, in-app or by App Store release notes). Continuing to use the app after the change means you accept the new Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Indonesia, unless a mandatory local consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring the case in your local courts.
