for Juara OSN: Game Matematika IPA
Short version
Juara OSN is a Matematika and IPA practice game for iPhone and iPad, made for Indonesian students preparing for the OSN. The free tier is generous — the whole learning path, every tier, and every pembahasan. Paket Juara is a one-time unlock and Langganan Juara is an auto-renewing subscription; both are sold and billed by Apple, and Apple handles all refunds. It is a practice tool, not a guarantee of a medal, and it is provided “as is.”
1. Who you’re agreeing with
These terms (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Akhaneva (“we,” “us,” “our”), the publisher of the Juara OSN iOS / iPadOS app (“Juara OSN,” “the app”). By downloading, installing, or using Juara OSN, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
2. Eligibility
Juara OSN is designed for students roughly 10–15 years old, but a binding contract is between you and us as an adult. You must be old enough under the laws of your country to enter into a contract — typically 18 in Indonesia. By using the app you confirm you are either (a) such an adult, or (b) a parent, legal guardian, or teacher accepting these Terms on behalf of the student who will use it.
If you are a parent or guardian, you are responsible for any purchase made from your Apple ID on a device a child uses. Apple’s Ask to Buy and Screen Time purchase restrictions are the right tools for that; we have no way to reverse or approve a purchase on your behalf.
3. Your licence to use Juara OSN
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use Juara OSN on Apple devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial study by you or by a student in your care, in line with Apple’s Media Services Terms.
Teachers and pembina: using the app with your own students on your own or the students’ devices is personal, non-commercial use and is welcome. Reselling access, charging for it as part of a bimbel package, or installing it across a managed fleet under a single purchase is not — talk to us instead, we would rather find a fair arrangement than a violation.
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code, except as the law expressly allows.
- Extract, scrape, republish, resell, or redistribute the question bank, the pembahasan, the simulasi sets, the tabel periodik data, or the Komo artwork, in whole or in part, in any medium — this is the app’s main asset and the term we will actually enforce.
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or rent the app.
- Circumvent an entitlement, the nyawa economy, app integrity checks, or App Store DRM.
- Manipulate the Game Center XP Juara leaderboard by falsifying scores or tampering with the app. We may report leaderboard abuse to Apple, which may remove your score.
4. Your content and your progress
Juara OSN asks you for no name, no email, and no account. What the app records — your XP, nyawa, streak, medals, stars, Kotak Ulang, simulasi results, and any question you flag through Lapor Soal — is stored locally on your device and belongs to you. We claim no ownership or licence over it.
Because we never receive a copy, we cannot recover your progress if your device is lost or reset, if you delete the app, or if you tap Setel Ulang Progres. Purchases, which are attached to your Apple ID, are the exception — see section 6.
If you flag a question through Lapor Soal, you are choosing from three fixed reasons; there is no free-text box, so there is no way for you to send us anything about yourself. The log stays on your device.
5. Game Center and Liga Juara
Signing in to Game Center is optional. If you do, your total XP is submitted to the XP Juara leaderboard, where your Game Center nickname and avatar are visible to other players. Those belong to you and Apple, and are governed by Apple’s terms — we do not create, moderate, or control them. If you would rather not appear, don’t sign in, or turn Game Center off in Screen Time.
Liga Juara inside the app is a weekly cohort generated locally on your device; the other members are simulated, not real players. Its promotion and demotion outcomes are a game mechanic, not a competitive ranking, and we may change how it works at any time.
6. Purchases
Juara OSN is free to download with a substantial permanent free tier: the entire learning path across every tier (Dasar, Terampil, Olimpiade, Master), a pembahasan for every question, unlimited Kotak Ulang review, the daily Tantangan Juara, one sprint simulasi, the full tabel periodik, and Liga.
Exactly three things are behind the paywall: nyawa tak terbatas, the full set of Simulasi formats, and the Komo costume wardrobe.
One-time unlocks (non-consumable):
- Paket Juara SD — indicative Rp 99.000
- Paket Juara SMP — indicative Rp 119.000
- Bundel Juara — indicative Rp 179.000, SD + SMP + the TKA packs we ship later
Subscriptions (auto-renewing):
- Juara Bulanan — indicative Rp 29.000 / month
- Juara Tahunan — indicative Rp 199.000 / year
Prices shown here are indicative for the Indonesian storefront; the price you actually pay is the one Apple displays at the moment of purchase in your local currency.
Subscription terms. A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of the current period. Manage or cancel at any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or via Pengaturan in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
One-time unlocks are permanent. Paket Juara and Bundel Juara are non-consumable purchases: no auto-renewal, and we will never charge your Apple ID again for that product. Content that was inside a pack when you bought it stays unlocked for you, free of further charge, on devices signed in to your Apple ID — that is our trust anchor for this product. Future major content packs (for example the seasonal Paket TKA) may be sold separately.
Family Sharing is enabled on every product, subject to Apple’s eligibility rules.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
We may change prices, add tiers, or change what a tier unlocks, on a going-forward basis. Entitlement is validated on-device from Apple’s signed transaction record; RevenueCat is used for subscription analytics as described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Questions, answers and academic accuracy
Every soal in Juara OSN is original work written against the published Puspresnas syllabus and the patterns of public OSN and TKA papers. We do not reproduce copyrighted bimbel material or past papers verbatim.
We solve every question independently before it ships, and every question has a pembahasan. Even so, errors happen. If you find one, use Lapor Soal — a wrong answer key is the fastest bug we fix. We do not warrant that every question, answer key, or explanation is free of error, that the difficulty labelling matches any official standard, or that the app’s syllabus coverage matches the syllabus for the year you compete in. Official OSN and TKA rules, syllabi, and results come from Puspresnas and the Kementerian, never from us.
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Puspresnas, the Kementerian Pendidikan, the OSN, the TKA, or any school. “OSN,” “OSN-K,” “OSN-P,” and “TKA” are used descriptively, to say what the app prepares you for.
Juara OSN does not promise a medal, a passing score, a place in any selection round, or any other outcome. It is practice.
8. Updates and changes to the app
Juara OSN evolves. We may add units and question packs, retune difficulty and the nyawa economy, change how Liga or Legendary work, add or retire Komo costumes, or remove parts of the app. We try to do this thoughtfully and to communicate material changes through App Store release notes or in-app messaging.
9. No ads
Juara OSN contains no advertising, no sponsored content, no ad SDK, and no third-party analytics or attribution SDK. We have committed to this in writing and intend to keep it that way for the lifetime of the app.
10. Third-party terms
Using Juara OSN also involves:
- Apple — the App Store, In-App Purchase, Game Center, Family Sharing, and TestFlight. Apple’s Media Services Terms apply in parallel with these Terms.
- RevenueCat — subscription analytics only. Their terms apply to that limited purpose.
Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them against you to the extent required by the App Store’s developer agreements. You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
11. Intellectual property
The app, its source code, the question bank, the pembahasan, the simulasi sets, the Bahasa Indonesia tabel periodik content, the “Juara OSN” name, and the Komo character and all artwork depicting him are owned by Akhaneva and protected by copyright. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of it to you.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Juara OSN is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, educational outcome, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that its content is free of mistakes. Juara OSN is a practice tool, not a substitute for a teacher, a pembina, a school, or a formal olympiad training programme. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akhaneva will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, progress, or opportunity — including any competition result — arising out of or related to your use of the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the app will not exceed the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim, or US$50, whichever is greater. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Akhaneva from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by a third party arising out of your misuse of the app, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of another person.
15. Termination
You can stop using Juara OSN at any time by deleting the app — remember to cancel any subscription separately through Apple. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, in particular by extracting or redistributing the question bank. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will survive.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the “last updated” date at the top of this page. If the change is material, we will give additional notice (in-app or through App Store release notes). Continuing to use the app after the change means you accept the new Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Indonesia, unless a mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring the case in your local courts.
